Statutory Liability Insurance

This coverage extends to include the costs of defence and certain fines or penalties under all statutes; except those that may be excluded as shown in the proposal form.

The cover in general terms applies to events neither expected nor intended, but does not cover deliberate failure to comply with the requirements of any of the statutes.
